These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the automaher.eu website (the "Site") and any services, vehicles, or engagements ("Services") provided by Apipas s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 03457567, with registered address Rybná 716/24, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha, Czech Republic (trading as "AutoMaher", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site or engaging us for Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our Services.
3. Services & Engagement
Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any vehicle sale, import/export, armoring, or customization engagement are defined in a separate written offer, quotation, or contract executed between us and the client. In case of conflict, the signed engagement document prevails over these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, photography, and source materials — is owned by AutoMaher or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared between us and prospective or active clients in the course of evaluating or performing Services is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with the discloser's written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) transmit malicious code; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prague, Czech Republic.
