2. What We Collect

• Contact & inquiry data: name, email, phone, optional message, and the source page of your inquiry (e.g. a specific vehicle, import, armoring, or general contact request).
• Technical data: basic request data (IP, user agent) processed by our hosting provider for security and operational logging, and a Cloudflare Turnstile challenge to prevent automated abuse.

3. Why We Process It (Legal Basis)

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (e.g. responding to a vehicle inquiry or import request).
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the Site, and in responding to general inquiries.

4. Retention

Inquiry messages are retained only as long as needed to address your request and any resulting engagement, and afterwards in line with applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share data with carefully selected processors that help us operate the Site (e.g. hosting, email, anti-abuse verification), each bound by appropriate contractual safeguards.
